can i re-create this effect?

hi guys

i wish to recreate this or something similiar to this effect (the golden aura around the figures, especially in the 2nd link)...

i can't really come up with a good way to make one :(
any help / suggestions?

yeah , the cloud feature looks similar to that... just get a golden color and a darker colden color, then get a set of grunge brushes, use selection tool and start deleting...
