The studies you have been doing are great, I would keep those up, but don't burn yourself out with them either. Try doing other things with your art once in a while to stop that, or do something with your art you find fun. I'm glad that you decided to keep posting, you have a lot of potential if you just keep on going with your artwork! These self portraits are good too, i really like the hatching effect you used to capture the light and shadow.
