Okay, I'll start with the brushes..

The soft brushes do make it easier to smooth out colours, but it make it really much herder to discern the harder edges.. if you spent some time sharpening up the areas where the transitions should be a little sharper it would be greatly improved..
next, I'd look at the general light and shade throughout the picture.. The shades around the neck aren't going to be as dark as the shades around the lower right of the right breast, for example..

It's definately a good one, though, so do keep working on it and I'm sure it'll get a lot better :c)
