Given that you're drawing based on the Half-Life universe, the head crabs are just that, head crabs. They operate by taking control of the body through the head, not the neck.

OK, what's the deal?
Considering the image is linked directly from this page (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/halflife2episode3/view_image.html?id=bIYB5BV37hqa4hvjkg), you can't really be saying that you did it, right? Finally Finished, and all the forums in the Artwork section of CA, are for posting your own work.

That's what people keep saying!!! I have no clue wtf they're talking about! I've only ever played UT2003 for like... 5 minutes, let alone a ut2004 mod (with zombies?)

This was for a l4d contest to create a new infected boss... I only realized after the game came out listening to the commentary that valve actually had a screaming zombie slated to be in the game... originality ftw.

Haha, yeah in this mod: http://killingfloor.net/ there's actually a siren-zombie (Siren's the name haha) that basically screams at the player inflicting damage and blurring the vision. Anyways. It's been done before :P

yeah, in one of the apartment rooms on the first level in L4D, theres a box for "Team Fortress Action Figures" on the bookshelf, with a label on the back that says to "collect all 10!"

also, about the pyro, valve had some trading cards (http://kotaku.com/5029690/valve-taunts-us-with-pyro-card) released and on the pyro's card it eventually leads to ask the question if the pyro is even a man
