I think I've overworked him, and I regret using so much black, but I'm not dissappointed with him

The intial sketch is done with a blue pencil, and the inking was done with black acrylic ink and brush on animation paper.

The colours started off with a watercolour wash, with pencil crayons for details and acrylic paint for the highlights.
