Hey, everybody. I've been kind of lurking around the boards for a while, and finally decided to post some stuff. I'm 17 and will be going into animation (stop-mo animation in particular). Lately, I've been working on getting together lots of portfolio work for college apps, so I've done a lot of drawings from life. So, um, let me know what you think.

Hi Joe, Welcome to CA mate!
I really dig the stills and studies,
Recently I went to an animation college to find out what they wanted to see in a portfolio, (Keep in mind it was a 2d, and 3d collage) they said they wantedto see a lot of solid studies and ruff charater sketches with lots of line, and if I had any styleisted drawings they would be good as well, (I suppose cos when learning animation theres a lot of copying others styles).
And any sort of life drawing too.

So your looking good here man,
Hope I was of some help, And if you can contact somone from the collage and ask about portfolio's.
and drop by my sketchbook if you find the time.

Cheers,
matt

Wish I started as early as you. Watch your proportions and facial features. Some parts on your characters look a bit warped.

Thanks for the replies! I've recently started to focus on heads and hands more, as I feel I've been able to get bodies to a pretty good point. So, here are some heads I've been working on.
