What She Said ^^... Also don't be afraid to show mass in your items, they look a lil flat at the moment, but you can bring that back with value studies and building with shapes instead of drawing "What you see".

WOW!!! Very impressive for a 16 year old! My favorite is the first pic where the lady is making a funny face. Anyway, I think the best thing you could do is just do more drawings, and experiment with different things. But as I see it, you are a thousand times better than I was when I was 16. Keep it up, and by the way, welcome to Conceptart!
