Long time lurker, first time poster.

I mostly do more figurative/traditional stuff, but I really enjoy visual development work as well. I've been trying to get into it more and everyone on this board is a real inspiration.

I had to scan fig drawings in 2 pieces cause I don't have a digital cam yet :(
I think all this stuff is pretty self explanatory:

..ok, these drawings and paintings are really beyond me, but stil i have to say that i think they look great!

the top 4 black/gray ones i think could be a tiny bit more expressive, they are on the verge of becoming too simple, they almost express nothing! although they do show that you have a lot of confidence in your hands.. nice show off! ;)

I'm guessing you go to lafig huh? Your figures have that kevin chen look to them, especially how your describing forms in the faces. Only thing i'd say with the comps you have, is maybe add one more value to them. You just have black, white and one grey, maybe a slighter lighter grey, which would give you four values instead of 3, might create a better picture. cool stuff though.
