These are pretty good. The amount of detail is just ridiculous.

My only critique is the lack of distinctive rendering styles for different materials. For instance, the cloth around the neck on the first figure has sheen and specular highlights, as though it were metal. Unless it is metal, in which case, nevermind ;p

Also, when you do different costumes, you should take a few minutes to alter them to represent the personalities at hand. Those second two guys are clearly supposed to showcase opposing character styles, but they have no visual clues beyond their heads and the outer-most robe decorations. You could take the ideas you applied to their heads and rework the costumes to reflect that divergence. Just a thought.
