Screen recorder for Mac

Hey dudes,

Does anybody know a good screen recorder software for Mac (Leo)?
I am looking for something freeware and I have found a lot for Win, but not really for OsX... any ideas? if not free what do you suggest to buy (hahah) ;) ?

I love using screenflow. It's got the most efficient recording system I've used. Except it's not freeware.

$20 will get you the full version of iShowU. its a great little package, has many options and formats to choose from, as well as frame rates, system and input audio recording, etc.
