Anyone know a good trick on how to make light rays effect in Photoshop? Any good tutorials for this? Thanks.

I guess...
Motion/Radial blur (zoom) filter
Also Wind + Polar Coordinates + blur
You can use blending modes, gradient maps, etc for getting the glowing effect.
