Just a few of my doodles that didn't entirely suck. C&C welcome.

Got bored, used a bit of KungFool art for reference. It isn't terribly close to reference - surprisingly, learned alot about shading form et cetera here. Heads are intentionally very uh.. low-budget. The 2nd one is quite crappy, but hey I can't pass up the urge to show humongous boobys.

3B Graphite pencil on old Sketchpaper.

I liked this one alot, because it only took 5-10 minutes tops.

Worn-down 3B graphite (no sharpner handy) on old Sketchpaper.

Didn't have my all-purpose 3B graphite handy today, so this was done with a writing pencil. Hence the lined paper used - didn't want to waste sketchpaper. Contour took about ~10 minutes while talking alongside. I ended up trying something new with the hair, and took 30-40 minutes to do that - it got washed out a bit before I could scan it (writing pencil smudges fast).

@people_are:
If you're referring to the top 2 drawings heads, well the originals were manga-ish heads, and since I'm not that great a fan I didn't put all that much work into recreating that. If you'd want heads on them, I'd probably put on something more classical.

Anyways, thanks for the commentary. Might give it a shot, but I was thinking of moving on and doodling new things instead ;)

Speaking of which, an attempt to escape the evils of contour :

Tried to draw with mostly shading. Was still stuck on the writing pencil, but commentary on how where and when to do shading is welcome.

Going to work out some kinks/sloppy on this one once I get up in a few hours, but right now I thought about just putting it up as is. Seeing as its on lined paper anyways, its not masterwork material ;)

when shading all you have to do is figure out which part of the face needs it
this actually depends on the place of light. this just determins were the drawing is to the sun or light.
the face all tou have to figure out the depth of the spot on the face you want to shade
sorry if that dosnt make any sense
or if the grammer is bad
I was drawing in english when they were trying to teach
