Hi everyone, i'm almost new here (i've been lurking around for about.....7 months i think ) and i have decided to start my own shetchbook (finally)

I'm currently a student in 3D animation in Quebec city, canada it's my first year and i have been drawing for about a shit load of time but never seriously I even stopped for 4 years TT_TT what a mistake. So on this shetchbook you will find traditionnal drawing, 3D stuff, digital stuff and more (probably painting and sculpture one day who knows.

Ok, you're on the right track. I especially like your study of materials like the bottle and the teapot. Your faces are good but not perfect, generally they suffer from lack of symmetry and you're especially struggling when you try to do them in perspective shots. Just draw more, you're definitely doing great so far!

Never render hair entirely with the tip of the pencil. Start with large areas of value first, then make the marks smaller later on for detail.

It looks like you have a really good start here, I especially like the foot studies, looks like the only crit to give at the moment (and its not really crit just the usual advice) is to keep sketch sketch sketching ;)

Something I noticed though as I looked through your work, is that there is a lot of light grey. Try and get some nice deep contrasts in there.

Hi ! Good to see all the studies and anatomy work!
Do you make the shadows with your finger? Maybe you should avoid it, or at least not everywhere, because it makes the volumes flat. Try to keep some hard edges! ;)

nah not always with my finger but i got this bad tendancy i got to say TT_TT my teacher tells me the same thing so i'll just say YES TEACHER ! XP i'll work on this soon like now.... as i'm actually drawing xD

I want to see more flow to your lines, try making longer strokes, lightly until you find the right one. Less of the hairy lines, it will give you more movement to your drawings.
