Greetings all i would like to know if anyone would be interested in designing t-shirts for my company, we currently are looking for 40 more designs before launching our site.
I would supply you with a theme and pictures of reference and allow you to work your talent, well with that being said i'd like to cut to the chase and ask what are your going rates and would you accept flat fees for your work if so how much would you charge for 40 commisioned art pieces done in ink and colored in photoshop.

You may see many of these post from me going out to other artist this is because i'm trying to narrow down the best budget for me and i don't like to throw out offers, sometimes insulting ones abilities!
