Edit: Sorry if I panicked or seemed like I was over-reacting a bit, the issue has been resolved and my download is now at 26%.

I paid already and my download did not get through.

Help? I tried contacting the seller, and I used the resolution center in Paypal. I'm getting no response.

Thank god it wasn't more than 15 dollars and maybe, just maybe, can live without a refund, but those 15 dollars could've been used for the next ImagineFX issue.

If you contact MB Im sure they'll sort it out. They have been nothing but golden when it comes to sorting out customer queries in the past, so just send them an email.

After all, you wouldn't wanna jump the gun and make yourself look like a complete prat by acting like a petulant child who didn't get their sweets the moment they laid eyes on it would you?

Erm... I already tried contacting MB. I used the email listed on the Paypal receipt.

...

I'll just wait, I guess, since I have nothing better to do.

write to aaron at massiveblack.com and include your paypal receipt for your payment to massive black, i'm sure they will answer you with a download link.

velderia, calm down people and systems aren't perfect, a little patients goes a long way had download problem before marko package much more money, and just e-mailed aaron and shortly after I was on my way to happy downloading. I'm 100% certain that they'll get back to you and get he problem resolved as soon as they see your e-mail. so just chill a little everything will be alright. go draw or something.

i lost my share of almost all the dvd's i down loaded and massive black and aaron got me up and running so anyone else reading keep that in mind :)

Yes, and if you keep your emails and links from us then you'll have a record, too, which can be helpful.
