Drawing realistic hair?

I'm trying to improve my drawing skills as much as possible, when drawing portaits I can draw everything except hair, I will practice but are there any good tips or tutorials that can help me learn faster :lifedrawing::P

1. Don't draw individual strands.
2. Do think of hair as having solidity, like a sculpture. Think of chunks of hair as being like shiny chunks of clay.
3. Learn the form of the head. Hi lights tend to occur at the points and corners of forms, so it helps to know where the head has points and corners (emphasized by us artists, of course) in order to know where to place the hi lights in the hair. The hair is an extension of the shape of the head, plus a few curls and waves here and there.
4. When you follow the above rules you will be rendering hair almost in an impressionistic manner. If the features of the face are well done and solid, the impressionistic feel of the hair will act to frame the concrete-ness of the features. The hair and the features will contrast nicely.
