1. A minimum of three years of solid Flash development and design experience with an emphasis on development.
2. If you bid show me your 5 best designs. Only show them if you did them 100%, I will check. If you fail to, I will ignore bid.
3. A designer who can work with flexible schedules, you may have to submit a design regular.
4. A portfolio is a must! Preferably one that is viewable online!
5. Payments are negotiable, however, please note that we are only going to pay on a per-accepted design. Payment range is from $10-$50 per design and is at our discretion.
6. This is to ensure that we do not pay for low-quality
