I liked where you were going with this pic until you got to the legs. Maybe you should make them more dynamic instead of just there. I do for some reason though like that shadow of the sword on it's leg :)

The proportions work IMO.
The only things I don't like about the piece is that the swords are too equal ...
(maybe if one was pointing towards the viewer more it would be better)
and it looks a little as if he is about to tip over to the right.

Everything else looks great to me.

hello im well who i am im kind of new but i have a lot of spare time you messed up on one of the swords thin to thick thou is kind of a concept but for the sword you were trying to make it isnt right. if that were a diff kind of blade and handle all together it would be good its kind of hard too see but you should fix it

I like it overall. the legs are cool, I like the simpleness, but here's my suggestion- give it complecated robo feet. but if you do that make sure you don't change the pants.
