When I resize an image it becomes a little blurry. Is there a way to avoid this?

Photoshop has some settings at the bottom of the resize window that can make the quality slightly better (Bicubic Smoother for enlarging and Bicubip Sharper for reduction), but you will always lose some quality if you resize.
