In need of Tablet help!

Hey I’m new here on the forum so this will be my first post :). (Hope i posted it the right place)
I'm strongly considering buying a new Tablet. my current tablet is a Graphire 4 classic A6 size, which I’m having problems maneuvering on (due to the small size). So my question is should I go for a Intuos 3 (considering an A3 sized one, the more the workspace the better right?) or a Cintiq 12WX? I’m willing to pay around 1100$ what do you guys think? Thanks in advance ^^.

well, you'll probably hear this from everybody, but this site has a search function that I think you'll find rather helpful, as I know questions about tablets have been asked over 9000 times in here and it will save everyone the time of answering if you just look it up.

I know and believe me I’ve searched a lot. Problem is I didn’t find something specific useful that answered my question. Thats why i posted in the first place.

For as much as tablets and Cintiqs have been discussed here, I find it hard to believe that none of it was useful. There was a topic just a few days ago about Cintiqs, and especially the feeling that the smaller one isn't quite worth the investment due to size and jitter problems around the edges. Still only you know what you'd prefer, the best you can do is some research and decide for yourself.

Actually the best you can do is find a place that sells them..ask if you can demo it and see if you like it or not. But in all fairness searching the forums is pretty tasking now that we've got a bazillion tablet threads.

Ok i enlarged my search area....... page 1-30 O_o. And i'm pretty sure i'm going for the A4 sized Intuos 3 ^^ ty for the advice guys.
