cyborg Soldier (WIP) (1st post here)

I drew this yesterday and partially inked it. Its a cyborg soldier, but I need help with the arm. Its supposed to be organic on top and mechanical on the bottom, but I don't know how to connect it right. I want the bottom of his organic arm to seem withered so that there is a reason for the robotic implant. I would also appreciate any other ideas about the design.

btw, I will change the gun to match the theme better.

Maybe try having bones showing, or just under the skin with the skin sunken around them. Also tubes, lights and wires running into the skin from the robotic arm? If it's a cyborg isn't it partially human? It seems as if only the arm is human. Giving it more human elements would look better I think. Hope this helps.

Even though you're going to change the gun I must say that I love it.

Yeah, I like the gun too, but I either have to draw in a background with a bunch of slaughtered soldiers to show that he stole it or just go with it and imagine that the differences in style are coincidental. And I like the idea with the bones showing through the arms. I will do it.

the gun is nice but rotate it if ever so slightly! it looks flat..

This looks like it could turn out really cool. I think you should make the face more streamlines, like the rest of the body seems to be. Thsi kinda reminds me of Zone of the enders mecha, well only kinda, like the neck. Its pretty cool, can't wait for it to be finished.:)
