lets just be honest here. Those boobs are giganticly enormous. it looks unprofessional/immature. I think you did a nice job of rendering the folds in the clothes, they look really good. maybe check out some human anatomy theory/proportion.

Like imzadione said, plus the neck is too long, also is that her right arm/elbow sticking out behind her neck? (the one in the red that is) if it is it's kind of in the wrong place. You did a good job on the clothing and hair.
