I did some Bridgman studies.I was trying to do them like the way i learned how to write letters as a kid,
maybe i should do 15 of each to familiarize myself better with whats going on.
The other was a tab....exhilarating stuff. and te other was some awful doodles from last night.

i noticed your faces need work and your anatomy needs a bit of work as well, but it is better then your faces. Your painting skills and shading are quite good though. Anyways just work on what i said and get better ^_^

- Nice to see a fellow Irishman! although im technically not irish xD my family is, but w/e.

Dia dhuit Matt! Conas atá tu?
Good to see another Irish member! Nice volume of work you have here, though I would suggest that you do some studies to help your proportion / anatomy.
What college are you applying to?
Keep up the good work!

Another Irish member! we seem to be coming out of the woodwork recently. And a Depeche Mode quote in the sig. Nice touch. :)

Your portfolio pieces are very diverse, but probably a little over the top. You have to work up the presentation of all these - professional and neat is way more important than colourful.... the page with the brigman studies and the tap is a great example of doing it well. Strong, well organised portfolios get noticed far more than ones that shove in everythig, and some of the places where you've put green or black and yellow stripes behind you subject for no real reason just detract from the quality that is there.

And it is there. You've got a lot of promise. I'm going to keep coming back.. maybe an Irish Sketchbook group is on the cards....
