I just read this article on the LA Times where students got loans but didn't know till after they graduated what the total cost would be, and that the majority of their lone was against very high commercial interest rates.

Very crafty stuff going on by a some of the big loan institutions. People posing as school loan advisors, sending in the final details of the loan only when classes started etc etc.

Have a read, inform yourself.

I haven't read the article yet but thanks for this post, thanks for looking out for everyone. I've bookmarked the link, I'll be sure to check it out as soon as i get the time. Financial aid is such a huge factor for most people considering art school.
