This is the fourth in my series of illustrations inspired by the game Talisman. Please critique.

Disturbing and explicit (Maybe too much..).
Nice illustration. I like the style.

Looking pretty good.
I would think the stranglee (is that a word?) would show some sign of resistance. His left arm looks shorter than the right.
The background is kind of flat, but it seems to work well for this piece. To me it brings the focus to the strangling.

Funky, interesting use of colors too.
I like the fact that it is disturbing.
I'm originally from Connecticut, what part are you from?

Talisman rules!
Cool pic... but somehow the perspective of the background seems wrong to me. Not critical, cause I didn't notice until I stared for awhile, but maybe something you want to pay attention to in the future.

Thanks for the comments!
The length of the arm is something I hadn't noticed before, I'll fix it or alter the pose of the thief's left arm. I'm trying to show the moment right before the thief dies, that's why he isn't struggling and his legs are not supporting him.
I was kind of ignoring perspective in the background, there aren't any structures to suggest dimension, just the irregular-shaped riverstones in the foreground. If it doesn't make sense in real space I suppose I don't care as long as it is not distracting.
Disturbing and dramatic were what I was shooting for. My last image received a whopping zero comments, I was more afraid of repeating that than offending anyone.
Porkasaurus-- I live in New Haven; I hope you live somplace that gets less winter weather; it took me 4 hours to drive to my day job in Hartford today!
