How do I post sketches in my forums?

Hey i'm a noobie. So can you guy's as fellow art people help me out by telling me how I post artwork? I'd love to show you people some of my work (its Ok I think :D). I'm also doing a project for my school (making a comic book.) So I'll send you my work and see your responses. :D

Hope this helps ... just a copy/paste job:

You can't attach the images to the message directly.
You need a webhost where you can upload your images. (It doesn't have to cost anything)

You'll need a FTP-Program for most of the webhosts to do that.
For example:
http://www.smartftp.com/

When you register the URL and the FTP address are important.

http://www.angelfire.com allows hotlinking.
But I think recently people had difficulties. (24th of November)
Try to keep the filesize small.

This should work too:
http://www.p0stwh0rehosting.com/upcenter/register.php?
(but there seem to be serious traffic limits)
But this one might be better:
http://www.photobucket.com/
!?

Some hosts don't allow external image linking ...
forget Geocities for example (unless you change the file extension to .txt)

Btw I think it is not forums what you meant. ;)

nevermind I got it working. Now I have to find out why the pics arent showin up :( thanks for your help. Check out my sketch book at the sketchbook forum

make sure your extensions are 'case correct' i.e.: .jpg v. .JPG
