Does anyone know of any schools wear i could learn traditional japanese painting (kaiga) in america or abroad

he attended the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music

oh btw i thought Murakami-san was more Pop-Art/Superflat i woulda never guessed him for kaiga

You could always just study the style independently, I'm sure that there a plenty of books on the subject.

yea im leaning more towards that because it seems like art schools try to keep more ppl out than let them in
i guess im goin to have to be tha best teacher and student then. . .
