i do see the resemblence and they are very good (except for the eye's :D ) the frodo guy i think looks more bold and brave than frodo usualy looks in my opinion. or at leas to perky. of course the image of frodo i always am thinking of is from the 2 towers where he's all beat up and tired

Did you use refrence? Frodos hair isnt like that, it isnt long in the back. And i just finished watching fellowship of the ring so dont tell me it is. :p

The resemblance to Ian McKellen's Gandalf's is almost there but I'm with Pencil Soldier, your Frodo looks more like Richard Marx circa 1986 than Elijah Wood...

Hmm about the hair, I-i-i-i dunno I mean I have this picture and it looks as if his hair is pretty long in the back, but its only the front view so I dunno. :D

Also I kinda have to disagree with that Richard Marx thing. The position of the head is almost identical ya, but I mean look at his mouth, is that not Elijah?

As for his other features of his face HOLY CRAP is that a big coincidence, I don't even know who that guy is :p and yet here is a very precise sketch of him, just change the mouth and there u go.
