I have a storage harddrive that every now and then crashes and disconnects itself from the computer. This is a problem because i was using it as a scratch disk so every time it disconnected photoshop crashed, citing that its scratch disk was no longer there, and id lose my unsaved progress(i save very often so its no biggy). So i went into edit preferences and removed it as a scratch disc.
Now when the harddrive disconnects, i get a crash saying temp files in E:/filename are no longer available (E drive being the crashing disk drive). Which is REALLY annoying me because i cant find an option to get it to stop using E: as a temp storage drive
any ideas?
