Well I finally decided that I have to draw everyday if I can.....I feel like such a slacker now....I hope this will keep me motivated to keep going on. I did these about a month ago. Any suggestions will help greatly.

I can't see them either unless I copy the URL to the address bar.
And that is not a good solution.
About the drawings ... (it is the standard advice somehow)
Make getting the proportions right you main priority.
Maybe if it is easier for you decide what you want to do ...
either lineart or shaded drawings.
Make studies like that for a while ...
it will help you if you can make the shading work without lines.
Of corse you use lines but they should be light and disappear in the finished drawing.
Apart from that I think you are on the right track!

Finally found that my dsl host gave me some space to use while I wait for my site to get setup.
There are from the past week. Sorry about the crappy quality all I have is a cam to take pics with.

Well another update....I'm so unhappy with myself. I haven't kept my promise to myself to draw daily. I am still working at it though and won't quit.
This one I really messed up on her head....arghh.

and this one is a WIP but I know for sure the hand is just way out of proportion. I plan to finish it even though it's messed up.

I finished shading it even though there are many things proportionally wrong and shading was harder then I thought but good practice. C&C welcome. :)

That last one is much better than the others, great improvement. There are still a few proportion problems, and the hair seems flat, but it looks good. With your other drawings, I think you have to loosen up your lines a little. Use less straight lines with hard edges, and more curves with a loose hand. I think if you practice this, that your drawings will turn into less of a rigid stance.
Nice job, I look forward to seeing more from you :) Good luck
