I feel that you need to work on your action line for your subjects. a lot of your poses seem very stiff. Tammy really has a harsh posture that really limits the effectiveness of your composition.
The second guy could be exaggerated a little more, again with the posture. Either arch the back more and give him that more yuppity powerful pose or hunch his back its on the verge of being a great character design, but you've sort of seemed to stick in the middle ground, and it takes away from the potential.

You're rendering ability is quite impressive though!

I like the styles you used. a little different for each one. my fav is the last, very, sensual, but I have a crit. compared to the figure and the nicely textured metal, her bottom legs seem unfunished. I understand they are suppose to be faded somewhat, but it just looks a tad undone.
