I finally got a Digital Camera...and the excitment is just oozing outta me....

It is a 5.0 megapixel camera, so i will be getting some crsipy photos....AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
I can't wait to use it....

Sorry to flood the boards but needed an outlet...:D

I think you'll really like it. I've got a 10D and an A70 and I'm sold on Canon toys. I sold all my Nikon glass and bodies to finance my switch to Canon and have no regrets after having shot Nikon for 10+ years.

I too have the 10D.

I had the G1 when it came out.
It was a nice point and shoot with some pretty cool features. Canon changed the chip to rgb on the g2 and up. It should give you a smile or two.

And Mr. Personality is totally correct in his post.
Canon makes the best digital cameras.
I have only experienced great image quality and performance from their cams.
The 10D is the best camera I have ever owned.

Most of the photos in my photo journal are from the 10D.

Awesome camera. Sometimes it is mean and doesn't like to focus for a few seconds when using the viewer... but other then that it rocks. It is useful for taking pictures of squirrels!

Got the powershot G3 here and it ownz :D Also got one of the higher up digital SLR's at work. Canon is easily the best digital camera brand, did probably 4 months of research before i bought.
