first time posting...=)

hey everyone, my first time on this board...just thought i'd say hello...and post some of my most recenet digital sketches....these are mostly pretty loose. feedback is welcome.

These are great!

The only thing letting them down is your figure work. The poses in the first look a little stiff. The guy on the right's centre of gravity is off (he'd fall forward).

But that second one is brilliant!

:) great pieces. they all have a strong cinematic smell and composition seldom seen on this forum. i like the way you give each piece a story and achieve the max amount of atmosphere with the min amount of brush strokes.

but it seems perspective is your weakest point. it's esp obvious in the last piece (the side wall). lighting is also a problem in that piece. there's a specific strong light source coming from above, which seems to be targeted to bounce off the main character, but that light didn't really interact with the space surrounding that character.. which makes the background less believable in that sense.

p.s. i like the first 1 allooooot. post more!!!
