Just thought I'd introduce myself. I am a fine artist/painter trying to make a living out of what I love to do. I hope to make some new friends here. I know my work doesn't exactly match the vibe of the work that is normally demonstrated here but I thought I'd join in just to see what I can get out of it. Below are some images from my sketchbook.

I started another thread in the Fine Art Forum with an extra painting but I took it out in this one since this is the sketchbook section.

It was a two day workshop about 6 hours total but I get to the classes about an hour late since I arrive from work so about 4 hours total was spent on this portrait. I wish I had the extra couple hours. There are many things that I think need improvement on. Here you go. Please let me know what you think. Thank you :yayca:
