Hey there!
I like the guy with the moustache! (2nd picture)
It would be really nice to see that one further developed xD idk.
But i also think that your bird painting was really awesome, you managed to capture to sleekness of these birds! Great job! keep it up :D

Welcome to conceptart.org, and I congragulate you on starting a sketchbook. Cool man, you got alot of room for improvement.
Not sure what direction you want to take your artwork. So i'll just give a general idea. Studying from photos of what your interested in is a fun and very productive way of improving. Firstly get comfortable doing these with pencil before jumping into photoshop.
I will give more info if you can tell me what aspects of your art you want to improve in mainly.

I like your environment a lot. I would be careful of how much saturation you use, and really pay attention to colors. Trees are rarely so simple as just 'brown', nor is grass just 'green' so make sure you look carefully. ^^

hey man i really love the composition of the eagle picture the colors are really nice to :)
It would be good to see some more anatomy studies, these usually help me quite a bit.

Your animal paintings are really well done. They have a certain confidence and they feel solid. I think you should try and apply that to your creative pieces, like the warrior (he doesn't seem as solid as your frog or horse; I think it's the edges).
I second Bagg's suggestion.
