i suppose you mean the halftone..
..it's just the standard ol' "Printer Halftone"-filter in photoshop.. it simulates rester patterns produced by offset printers and i just did a gradient in a layer and filtered it with Printer Halftone with all colors set to the same angle, then used a mask to only have the raster appear at certain areas..

voila! ..or sumthin'..
