Digital Inking free program ?

Hey I am looking to digitally ink some pictures, however I cannot afford Illustrator, and have recently bought PS CS4. Any idea on another free vectorish program to ink some drawings digitally ? Any input would be nice.

Inkscape is a free vector program you could use.

As of CS4 Photoshop is now also usable for inking - in prior versions the lines came out very shaky but that has now been fixed, the hard round brush and a Wacom tablet can do the job.

Ya know, funny you say that. Last night as I was drawing I was like...wait a minute....these lines are smooth :P
