i don't mean to be harsh, but I think the idea isn't very original, and the execution is definitely lacking. Little red riding hood has such primal emotions associated with it that distilling it to a fairly 2d comic character is almost a travesty.
Please do not be offended; I am trying to be honest so that you can learn from this. When I was learning (or rather, while I am learning) to draw, I did not receive enough critical feedback, and I did not push my abilities.
You could turn this into a very cool (and still sexy) character without a ton of extra effort. Project little red riding hood into the future (her future). Her grandmother was killed more or less in front of her before some strange guy from the woods killed the anthropomorphic wolf that ate her grammy in the first place. That's some pretty heavy material! A girl who grows up like that in medieval society is bound to be rejected and probably outcast. Who would she live with? The woodsman that saved her? The wolves that she is so familiar with now? What kind of psychoses would this girl have, and how would they be reflected in her design?
You have a good eye for detail and parts of the costume are pretty neat, but you need a better grasp of anatomy and a better grasp of the character. Best of luck!!!

Thanks for the comments, i wasnt really lloking to go into that much detail with the story of her, she wasnt even supposed to be lrrh when i started i just drew someone with big boos, and he said it looked like her, so thats what i said.
which parts of the anatomy do you find off? ive been staring at this pic for a while so i cant see all the mistakes.
