bring back detail

Which brush will bring back some detail of the face, and hands? What are your general settings for doing it? I want to clean up my paintings face after I painted it. Thanks

Uh...your knowledge of the face and hands and how well you can render them. No brush is just going to magically create detail for you.

Perhaps you should be a little more specific...
