I hope this is the right place...

I've been using my Wacom Bamboo tablet for some time in Linux and I got the feeling that the pointer moves a bit faster than it does in Windows which, as you can imagine, poses a problem for a rookie like myself.

So, my question for all you Linux Gurus is - is there some way to enable trailing, or having the line appear behind the pointer (like the mass effect in Inkscape for those of you who are familiar with it)? I noticed that there's a function called acceleration that does something very similar to that to the mouse, but I don't know if there is one for the stylus.

Help anyone?

Hey everyone,

I managed to find the solution after a lot of searching:

http://linuxwacom.sourceforge.net/index.php/howto/xsetwacom

You can set a lot of the settings with CL instructions.

There's also wacomcpl, if you prefer a GUI.

Hope this helps all you Linux powered wacom users :)
