Flash Designer needed for Kids Paint Program

Curiosity Games has a simple drawing program on our kids site. We are looking for someone to help make it feel more fun/playful for kids and to make the store dialogs in the program look nicer.

This is a paying gig that needs to be done by December 30th, 2008.

Familiar with Flash, where are you situated? What Flash player versions are you wanting to have this work in? Is this going to be strictly online for painting? Is there a level of detail that has to be adhered to for performance purposes? May I also ask for an e-mail address if possible. Thank you for your time.
