think about where the horizon line and vanishing point are in relationship to the image, and draw or imagine lines from the feet to the vanishing point. Sometimes it helps to think of the feet as wedges in order to simplify what they do in perspective. To me the feet look about right...his right foot migt be seen from a bit more of a top view, and his left is about there, you just need to turn the corner of his heel/ankle. It also sometimes helps to draw a line on the ground in the center of his stance that also goes back to the vanishing point. His legs look about right to me, maybe bring down his left a little, it feels like it might be lifted in comparison to his right. I wish I could draw it out instead of struggeling with explaining, but I dont know how to do that crazy url stuff.

..it might be that the waist being so thin messes up the depth feel in the pic, we are lead to believe that the depth perspective is slightly fisheye (wide) and thus we feel that the legs should be really tiny. if nothing else works you could try fattening him up a bit around the waist. i think that'll make the depth-feel more normal..

i fattened him a bit.. take a look.. i think the perspective is stil distorted - i painted the right leg badly, it needs to come down a bit - but it shows by point I think at least...

..also the notice the two lines a painted between the feet - if you look at the left foot these lines look correct, but! if you look at the body these lines look strange - the left foot is also out of perspective with the body.. i think.. anyway good luck :)
