Hey guys/gals... I'm pretty new to painting, basically I've only started practicing colour seriously over the last couple of months....
Here's my latest piece that I 'finished' for a bootcamp over on the freelancers forum at rpg.net...

I'd love any C&C if you get the time...
Thanks,
Scott

so you here to, well well well, as i have said before ( if i didnt oops) this is a great piece, the contrast between the front and back is nice and the onlything that strikes me is the lack of shadows cast by lights etc sme extreme values might give it that extra ompth.

looks great, only nit pick would be his hand sizes are reversed, but may be intentional...keep it up :)

Hey guys, sorry I've been real busy and forgot to reply to this :)
Thanks Halis :)
Defcom... heya mate, yeah I only visit here occasionally to drool in awe at all the work here... fantastic stuff on this forum... definately something to aspire to.
I think if I get it right ,you mean the colours are a bit saturated in the background..., I agree with ya there, looks like Jon was right about the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory reference eh ;) heheeh
NOOSE, no the hand wasn't intentionally meant to be like that, another one of those glaring errors forced by lack of time in the competition sadly :)
Thanks for the encouragement :)
Cheers,
Scott.
