Background Sketch for RPG

I'm looking for an artist who is good with backgrounds and can emulate different styles. I have specific ideas of what I want in a background. I will provide a basic layout of what it should have and a sample of the style I'm looking for.

The background is for an RPG game so the layout is pretty important.

In the job threads, no one with a post count less than 20 ever reads anything. I'm tempted to say people with post counts less than 50 shouldn't even SEE the job forums (except then possible employers might not know they can post jobs).
