Hi everyone.. I have a quick question here. Does anyone know the title of the song playing in the background of this old GTA commercial?

I'm trying to track it down right now for a school assignment that'll be due in a few days. Basically it's a motion graphics assignment & I need to convert part of this song into a sound loop for a flash file.
