UglyMoggy voting does not start till the 8th of dec, you are also not eligible to vote as you do not meet the requirements to be able to vote.
6 months as a member and at least 50 posts, you do not meet any of these.

Hello everyone, thanks for posting your finals! Voting can start at 10:30AM this morning (I'm a bit busy this morning so quickly making the announcement now before I forget and waste any precious voting time!), so best of luck to all! Here are the new Voting rules:

New Voting Rules and Restrictions
1. In order for your vote to be valid, your post count must be 50 or above AND you must have been registered on the ConceptArt.org forums for at least 6 months. The ONLY exception to this rule is if you have contributed an entry yourself to the challenge.
2. If you want to vote but are not a contributor of the challenge, you need to have been registered on the ConceptArt.org Forums for at least the last six months, AS WELL AS have 50 posts already to your name.
3. It goes without saying that all voters MUST look through each of the entries before posting their score.
4. Finally, don't vote for yourself or get your friends to vote for you in an attempt to influence votes, it's not an attractive quality.
5. The 3DTotal team are all able to vote from their CA.org accounts some of us have fewer than 50 posts but we know who we are!

Remember: 3 points go to 1st place, 2 to second and 1 to third. Good luck! :)

1 Loris-- I freakin love that you did that in scratchboard. Reminiscent of one of my favorite artists, Tony Harris. I like the heavy typography and graphic elements, very Art Nouveau.

2 Rosatron-- Different take on the Butcher theme, only one that doesnt involve the act of butchering, and indeed , very sexy

3 Urih_pta2-- Im really diggin the facial expression, the eyes and mouth are crafted exceptionally, and a lot of detail went into all that crazy blood!

Good Luck everyone!

1. Tommoy - nicely rendered and polished picture as always. i prefer this one to your chow butcher.
2. Equality72521 - interesting graphic style and i like the flying pig (this is very odd that we're voting for each other but hey, no dodgy business here, folks!)
3. 28thWing - the colours and painterly feel, and simple background is really nice. though i reckon it'd be stronger with a bit more perzazz.

Hey,

This has been a real mind bender trying to judge these, so many entries deserve a top 3 spot.
After much deliberation, here is my top 3.

1. j: Excellent expression the characters face, really sells the concept to me.
Rendering is awesome, love how descriptive it is, yet has a good amount of freedom and energy to it, an appropriate amount of gore too! well done.

2. Ruth_2m: a different take on the Butcher, really liking the perspective, puts the viewer as the poor pig, ARGH! effectively done!
Altogether well rendered, especially the drip bag. Good job.

3. Tommoy: One word, Scary! The characters pin pick eyes, tattoo's and the disgusting blood on the apron give me nightmares!
very well rendered, all your materials read well and look stylized but believable. Excellent work.

cheers

Alex

28thwing: Butcher prototype, very stylised, I love the nicely hung meat above him. His right pink looks a bit broken.
Ghostbrush: nice rendering, the cool cell is providing just the right lighting for the atmosphere. I would have liked a more wicked look on her face.
Freddydark: great storytelling, nice bright colors, I love the warm and cool tones side by side. The deer looks a bit off.

1) SMOT : I like the melancholy in his expression and also one of the few entries where the Butcher is in his environment. An environment beautifully finished too. I think you've captured just the appropriate amount of craft to accompany content. Excellent stuff.

2) PEPPS : Great colours and a superb expression on that pig. I think his little tuft of hair is brilliant.

3) J : I can't help but be reminded of 'Texas Chainsaw' in that face to your butcher. The style is very energetic and evocative. It's an expressive rendition of the subject.

Tough contest this month. Some great imagination displayed by all.

1. 28thwing - I love the style, colours and detail of this with the simple and effective background of hanging meat. Looks great!
2. Equality72521 - Great idea! I like the expression and pose of the butcher along with the funky background and flying pig.
3. Tommoy - Dark and creepy. Really like the blood effects on his apron and the background too.

It has been very very difficult for me to choose just three
illustrations, because I like many of them on this challenge and I can
only vote for three ... Finally I voted for these:

1. J (I like the dinamism and I really like the expression in his face)
2. Urih_pta2 (the face is so real and I like especially the mouth)
3. Pepps (I love this illustration, color, treatment, especially the face and the navel)

1. The Antarctican - wonderful contrasting color. It jumps off the page, and sort of has a Godfather feel to it. This would be awesome as a mock advertisement for a movie. I'd buy one to hang in my meat locker =)

2. NOCTURN8 - Very nice work. Can't help but smile when I look at this guy, and the worried pig he's holding. Good color, and it was fun watching the progress of your work in the earlier thread.

3. Angel IntheUK - A unique character for the subject. I like how you portrayed someone who seems rather gentle and angelic in the face, but then has blood spattered over the rest of her. The only thing I can think to do differently would be to make the cleaver a bit smaller.
