Fantastic Job. Makes me want to rent the movie again. This will make a nice addition to your portfolio.

Looks like Disney’s “Evil dead” - he he.

Only kidding. Great job.

Very cool, I love how the situation is seemingly... chaotic and violent ( as most are when involving zombies!), but you still keep it fun with the kind of cartoonish style.

Love that movie.
Great drawing, I really dig the lineart a lot.
The coloring is nice, but I think it could have looked better if you added some more bright areas in the areas that should have more focus, like maybe from a torch or something, and make less contrast and just color on what should be less in focus, just a tad. And also shade some harder edges combined with your soft, to make the coloring more interesting and defined. Just a suggestion, but it looks great though.
Great stuff on your page as well !! You draw really well!

i just looked at your site...i'm really impressed. i love your style of drawing and i'd love to know what i could study to learn this type of disney-esque style. did you use books, classes, disney's so cal school? i've always loved this style, but have never quite been able to get the hang of it. thanks in advance for all your help.

Perhaps a little bit too cartoonish for my tastes, at least where Evil Dead is concerned. (The deadites of the recent videogame were also a little too cartoonish for my liking.)

Still, all said, it's pretty nice.

at the risk of sounding like an unbearable kiss-ass...i think the cartoonish feel works really well for this subject...the evil dead series is hilarious...i'd love to see this comic done in this style and really gory. i don't know if anyone here has played the Mark of Kri, but i loved that game because the art direction was pure wicked-disney.

Looks awesome! Evil Dead is pure camp so I agree that toon style is appropriate.

Only one thing I noticed right away: the shotgun. I realize this is a cartoon (which means artistic liberties are allowed) and I know I'm going to sound like some firearms nerd but I think a double barrel breaks much closer to the butt. Fellow gun nuts please correct me if I'm wrong. It's really no big deal but it was the first thing I noticed.

Again, great work!
