Schould i upgrade?

Im using cs2 and well I recently got cs4 illustrator, now my question is should I get cs4 photoshop or not bother.

What are the differances?
Also if i load the cs4 photoshop trial will it go over my cs2 as i dont wanna lose some vital customization on a 30 day trial.

They will run separately and nothing from CS4 will conflict with how you've got CS2 set up.
