Does anybody know how Tony Wolf works? Is he painting in watercolors? Or any other medium included? Can't find this kind of info - please give me any suggestions.

Do you mean Tony De Wolf? That guys uses oils, IIRC.

Might be a good idea to drop a link to his work if it's a different Tony Wolf. It's not that uncommon a name -- I personally know of two Tony Wolfs and neither are artists.

Yes, maybe traditional watercolor, maybe colored dyes like Dr. Martins (http://www.docmartins.com/index2.asp).

Yeah, looks like watercolour or dyes with some opaque media as well -- perhaps gouache.
