CS4 - Pen pressure problem

Greetings,
first of all, I'm sorry if I'm starting another thread about same problem.

I'm using PS CS3, Vista 32bit and Trust TB-4200 tablet. Everything works fine. However, when I installed some CS4 trial version, which I got from one torrent site, I couldn't get my pen pressure to work! It appeared in brush preview, but when I made a stroke, it didn't work at all.

Do you have any solution, please?

I already tried Trust customer support but I got no helpful answer.

This is a common problem, I was about to give up, but when I clean uninstalled CS4 and Wacom driver with Total Uninstall 5, reinstalled CS3, CS4, Wacom latest driver, and Nvidia latest driver. I don't know what exactly happened there, but pressure sensitivity works now. The brush lag is still there though, which makes it useless for painting, this is what CS3 is for.
